北京2019普通(tōng)高(gāo)校(xiào)招生(shēng)外語口試考生(shēng)須知
一、報名
凡符合《北京市招生(shēng)考試委員會(huì)關于做(zuò)好北京市2019年普通(tōng)高(gāo)等學校(xiào)招生(shēng)報名工作(zuò)的通(tōng)知》中規定的報名條件、拟報考要求外語口試專業志(zhì)願的統考考生(shēng)均須參加北京市外語口試，考生(shēng)須在高(gāo)考報名時(shí)選擇“參加外語口試 ”。
口試語種分為(wèi):英語、日語、俄語、德語、法語、西班牙語六個(gè)語種，考生(shēng)參加外語口試時(shí)的語種以其在高(gāo)考報名時(shí)所選擇的外語語種為(wèi)準。
二、口試時(shí)間(jiān)、地點
外語口試安排在2019年4月進行(xíng)。考生(shēng)參加外語口試的具體(tǐ)時(shí)間(jiān)、地點以《北京市2019年普通(tōng)高(gāo)校(xiào)招生(shēng)外語口試通(tōng)知單》為(wèi)準。考生(shēng)應于2019年4月初關注北京教育考試院網站(zhàn)(www.bjeea.cn;www.bjeea.edu.cn)公布的外語口試工作(zuò)相關通(tōng)知，按規定時(shí)間(jiān)自行(xíng)打印本人(rén)的《北京市2019年普通(tōng)高(gāo)校(xiào)招生(shēng)外語口試通(tōng)知單》，并根據相關要求到指定考點參加口試。
三、成績發布
外語口試成績将于考試結束後3周左右發布，屆時(shí)考生(shēng)可(kě)登錄北京教育考試院網站(zhàn)(www.bjeea.cn;www.bjeea.edu.cn)查詢本人(rén)的外語口試成績。
填報高(gāo)考志(zhì)願時(shí)考生(shēng)可(kě)根據本人(rén)的外語口試成績選報有(yǒu)外語口試要求的專業志(zhì)願。
四、其他
如不遵守考場(chǎng)規則，不服從考試工作(zuò)人(rén)員管理(lǐ)，有(yǒu)違規行(xíng)為(wèi)的，按照《中華人(rén)民共和(hé)國教育法》以及《國家(jiā)教育考試違規處理(lǐ)辦法》(教育部令第33号)執行(xíng)，并将記入國家(jiā)教育考試誠信檔案;涉嫌違法的，移送司法機關，依照《中華人(rén)民共和(hé)國刑法》等追究法律責任。
北京高(gāo)考英語口試內(nèi)容
1，朗讀。在考生(shēng)拿(ná)到的一個(gè)英語故事上(shàng)，用星号标出100-150字的一兩段，讓考生(shēng)大(dà)聲讀出來(lái)：也有(yǒu)的時(shí)候，考簽上(shàng)單設一項，印出幾個(gè)句子專門(mén)供朗讀使用。此項主要考查考生(shēng)的與語音(yīn)、語調、重讀、連續。、意群、停頓等。
2，就所讀的故事用英語回答(dá)問題。這篇故事或短(duǎn)文大(dà)約350-500字，學生(shēng)完全可(kě)以讀懂，因為(wèi)凡是中學課本上(shàng)沒有(yǒu)出現過的詞，都給注上(shàng)音(yīn)标和(hé)解釋。老師(shī)就故事內(nèi)容問5-6個(gè)問題，前面是簡單的問題，最後一個(gè)問題較難一些(xiē)，例如：這個(gè)故事告訴我們什麽？此項考查學生(shēng)的理(lǐ)解、反應快慢和(hé)語言是否正确。
有(yǒu)的學生(shēng)拿(ná)到的不是一個(gè)故事，而是一幅或一組圖畫(huà)，讓考生(shēng)用英語描寫圖畫(huà)表現的故事，如四幅畫(huà)：第一幅一個(gè)小(xiǎo)男孩騎着自行(xíng)車(chē)飛跑；第二幅一輛(liàng)轎車(chē)飛馳而來(lái)；第三幅小(xiǎo)孩被撞到了；第四幅小(xiǎo)孩被送到醫(yī)院了。考生(shēng)要用英語講述這個(gè)故事。
3，自由交談。讀完故事或圖畫(huà)的內(nèi)容之後，老師(shī)還(hái)會(huì)問幾句日常生(shēng)活中的問題，例如，你(nǐ)在哪所中學上(shàng)學，你(nǐ)的老師(shī)是誰，你(nǐ)喜歡英語嗎，你(nǐ)将來(lái)打算(suàn)做(zuò)什麽工作(zuò)等。這一項主要考查考生(shēng)在毫無準備的情況下反應的快慢和(hé)語言的準确性。
4，口語小(xiǎo)作(zuò)文。作(zuò)文題目一般印在試卷上(shàng)，但(dàn)也有(yǒu)時(shí)候不印在試卷上(shàng)。所以學生(shēng)有(yǒu)時(shí)口語事先思考一下說些(xiē)什麽。

* Sally had been studying at an art college for a year and, like most students, she did not have much money. It was going to be her mother’s birthday soon, and she wondered what she could buy her as a present that would be nice and useful but not too expensive.
One day, a week from her mother’s birthday, she went shopping to try to find her mother a nice present. She came across a shop that was selling umbrellas cheap, and decided that one of those would solve her problem, since her mother had lost hers the month before. *
On the train back home that evening she felt hungry, she went to the buffet car for a sandwich. She had left the black umbrella above her seat in the compartment, but when she got back, it had gone! Sally burst into tears. The other three passengers felt sorry for her and asked what the matter was. When she had explained that her present for her mother had disappeared, the three passengers asked her for her mother’s address, in order to be able to send the umbrella on to her in case someone had removed it by mistake.
The next week, Sally got a letter from her mother, which said, “Thank you for your lovely presents, but why did you send me there black umbrellas?”
